playgrounds
Are they a memory of a younger self or just the public Places our parents brought us to do stuff we were not allowed to do at home? They are the places where we discovered the taste of sand and where we learned how high we can swing before it hurts jumping off. When the sun goes down teenagers are gathering to try their first beers or have a go on how a cigarette is like. The next time playgrounds become interesting again is when you are sitting on the benches and watch your own children playing. I am right in the middle of the last two stages. They are just there and do not have any relevant use for me. They are kind of invisible, only when you focus on them, you notice.
